BEFORE & AFTER photos of Cambridge Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade. Aeris Global Field Services commenced retrofit of the new system on Monday of this week and left site today with all equipment installed and commissioned.
The photos clearly illustrate the vast leap forward in technology. The old installation incorporated a cluster of dilapidated and end-of-life products. Maintenance personnel accessed the old equipment using a rowboat.
For the upgrade, Waipa DC opted for six Aqua Turbo® Floating Surface Aerators and two OtterDock® – Safe Docking Platforms. Each OtterDock® allows maintenance personnel to retrieve three aerators and perform all tasks without leaving the safety of the platform.
Aeris Global worked in association with an awesome team including, the main contractor, Fulton Hogan and, electrical contractor, McKay.
